Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made by the customer may be subject to cancellation fees. The refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 10 days before departure: 95% refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of departure: No refund.
- In case of cancellations by the Company due to force majeure events, customers will be offered alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.

- The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by third-party service providers, weather conditions, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications.
- The Company recommends customers obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

- Any misconduct or violation of local laws during a tour may result in termination of services without a refund.
